After Sale Support

Once you purchase your package from First Step Media and we transfer the final product over to you, that doesn't mean you have to go it alone. For an hourly slot you can book our after sale support which includes:

- new media uploads

- editing of products/services

- palette changes (change the colours of your site)

- information text changes
